The Municipality of Budva announced a national competition for the development of a conceptual architectural design for a public preschool institution (kindergarten) in Petrovac, Municipality of Budva.
The subject of the competition is the preparation of a conceptual architectural design for a new public preschool facility (kindergarten), in accordance with the conditions defined by the Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) “Petrovac – wider area,” for Urban Plot 22 in Block 11.
The goal of the competition is to obtain a high-quality, innovative, and sustainable design solution.
The design should ensure a high-quality and appropriate connection between the building and its surroundings. All necessary spaces and equipment must be dimensioned in accordance with applicable norms and standards.

NOTE:
The entry under code 21122 does not meet the requirements set out in the competition brief and Article 3 of the Rulebook on the Procedure for Announcing and Conducting a Public Competition for Conceptual Architectural Design (“Official Gazette of Montenegro,” Nos. 19/18, 2/24, 8/24). Therefore, the Jury determined that the entry must be disqualified in accordance with Article 38, Paragraph 2 of the Rulebook.
The Jury also notes that the third prize could not be awarded.
