Following an objection received after the publication of the competition results, the Jury subsequently carried out a control and verification procedure of the digital submissions for the competition entry under code 12826, and adopted a new Decision on the final ranking list, whereby the previous Jury Decision ceases to be valid.
At the session held on September 28, 2026, it was established that the authors of the second-prize-winning entry committed a material breach of the urban-technical requirements. Accordingly, the Jury decided to disqualify the entry under code 12826.
This process guarantees completeness, equal opportunity for all applicants, and full transparency.
